TIPS AND TRICKS
Lower the center of gravity over the obstacle to avoid losing speed.
Start testing and practicing on narrow walls or railings. Wide walls are slightly harder.
Bring the support arm's shoulder over the support hand in the direction of the movement.
Scissor action with the legs at the center point over the obstacle and swap support hands.
Start off at low speeds and choose lower obstacles. Later, perform from a running start.
Variations
“Lazy to Drop” from great heights. Keep the legs together, two-handed directing and push-off in the desired landing direction.
